Bankruptcy
We help people file Chapter 7 Bankruptcy. This type of bankrupcty can be known as a "fresh start". If you qualify to file a Chapter 7, you keep and pay for certain things, such as your house or car. Your unsecured debts, such as credit cards and medical bills, are wiped out. If you hire us to handle your bankruptcy, Shannon will personally assist you through the whole process. We will also review other alternatives with you other than filing a bankruptcy. If you need to file a chapter 13, we can refer to you an experienced, qualified attorney that can help you.
Reasons You May Need to File Bankruptcy
- You are facing foreclosure and need time to relocate
- You are being sued
- You have a Judgment against you

- You are facing a vehicle reposession, or have had one repossessed
- Your house has been forceclosed and you have a second mortgage

Consultations
Bankruptcy Consultations are free. We can consult with you during regular business hours, after work, or on weekends by appointment. Not everyone is eligible to file for Chapter 7. A consultation will let us review the facts of your situation, and help you determine what you qualify for and what is best for you. You don't need to know a lot about bankruptcy, thats Shannon's job. Contact Us today and see if we can help you solve your debt problems.
Wills
Anyone owning property should have a will, regardless of the property's value. Property includes real property (houses and land) and personal property, which is everything else. The larger the estate, the greater the need for estate planning and a valid, up-to-date will. If you do not have a will, you do not get to express your wishes about where your property will go when you pass away.
Lawyers usually set their fees based on hourly rates. The amount of time needed to prepare a will depends on the complexity of each case. I usually charge a flat fee which I will quote you after a consultation.
